The 5th General Assembly will be held in Marseille, France on 15 and 16 October 2009.

The General Assembly meeting is the occasion for members to meet with a wide range of members, learn more about the outcomes of the Fifth World Water Forum, determine the strategic direction for the future of the Council, and elect its Board of Governors that will serve from 2009 to 2012.
